Mackerel Fritters (Stamp N' Go)

  • 1 can LASCO Mackerel In Brine (drained)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 stalks escallion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsps LASCO Crushed Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tbsps LASCO Vinegar
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup water (for mixing)


  1. Empty LASCO Mackerel in a bowl. Flake with a fork.
  2. Add onions, scallion, crushed pepper and vinegar.
  3. Fold in flour and gradually add water.
  4. Drop by tablespoons in heated oil.
  5. Garnish with chopped escallion and serve.
