Mackerel Fritters (Stamp N' Go)

Ingredients
1 can LASCO Mackerel In Brine (drained)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
3 stalks escallion (finely chopped)
2 tbsps LASCO Crushed Pepper Sauce
3 tbsps LASCO Vinegar
1 cup flour
½ cup water (for mixing)
Instructions
Empty LASCO Mackerel in a bowl. Flake with a fork.
Add onions, scallion, crushed pepper and vinegar.
Fold in flour and gradually add water.
Drop by tablespoons in heated oil.
Garnish with chopped escallion and serve.
