  • 2 lbs. Pumpkin; boiled & drained
  • 2 tbsp. LASCO Margarine
  • 2 tbsp. LASCO Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup LASCO LASOY Lactose Free Original (powder)
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 1 large Onion; finely diced.
  • ½ cup Sweet peppers, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic; finely diced.
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tsps. Thyme leaves
  • 2 cups Callaloo; washed and finely chopped.
  • 2 tsps. Salt or All-Purpose seasoning, to taste


  1. Crush the pumpkin with the LASCO margarine, whip the pumpkin well to make a smooth creamy mixture.
  2. Heat the oil on medium Saute onions, garlic, and sweet peppers for a few minutes. Stir, then remove from the heat.
  3. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until

  5. Combine all the ingredients with the beaten eggs in the bowl.
  6. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking
