Corn and Oats Porridge

Ingredients
1 can LASCO Sweet Corn
1 sachet LASCO Oats Porridge (plain flavour)
½ tsp salt
½ sachet LASCO Coconut Cream Powder
2 cups water
½ cup LASCO Food Drink (Vanilla Flavour)
1 tsp nutmeg (grated)
Sugar to taste
Instructions
Empty corn (with liquid) in a medium sized heavy pot. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
Empty porridge into a bowl. Add enough water to dissolve and stir into corn mixture. Allow to boil then reduce flame.
Dissolve coconut powder in a quarter cup of water then add to boiled mixture.
Allow to cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce flame.
Mix Vanilla LASCO Food Drink with enough water to form a creamy consistency. Stir into porridge mixture then sprinkle on nutmeg.
Add sugar if required.
